A rural destination, within easy reach of the A1 and 35 minutes to Edinburgh, the steading offers flexible spaces where small businesses can call home. With 10 existing workshops, 4 new workshops and a further 6 to follow soon, this historic farm steading has been given a new lease of life.

We have a number of different workshop spaces of varying sizes which would suit the needs of most small businesses

The workshops are arranged around an open courtyard, providing a beautiful and sheltered communal space in the open air

New wiring and fittings throughout and three phase power in some. Please let us know if this something you require

Free parking is provided in a large car park to the rear of the steading along with an electric car charging point
